Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB) is one of the leading private commercial banks in Vietnam.
Established in 1993, it is headquartered at 442 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, and offers a robust range of retail and corporate financial services nationwide.
Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) provides learner-centered employee training and student programs.
Staff complete at least 48 study hours yearly, focusing on digital transformation, management, and ESG practices. For students, programs like The Next Banker offer hands-on branch and head office experience.
In this project, INAVATE has partnered with AVS Company to provide turn-key Integrated Audio-Visual Solution for this 14 Floor Building as ACB’s Training Center:

Inavate Group has delivered a high-performance AV installation for the Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) Training Center Building. Spanning 14 floors, this flagship facility relies on a fully integrated Q-SYS Ecosystem to manage audio, video, and control across diverse spaces—from multipurpose training rooms and boardrooms to auditoriums and breakout zones.
Key Highlight: Simplified Connectivity with Q-SYS NV Series
At the core of the video distribution architecture are Q-SYS NV Series Network Video Endpoints (such as the NV-21-HU). By leveraging modern software-configurable AV-over-IP endpoints, Inavate Group eliminated cable clutter and complex switcher racks, delivering a streamlined single USB-C connection experience for presenters and trainers:
⚡ USB Device Charging: Supplying power directly to laptops and mobile devices over the single USB-C cable, eliminating the need for bulky external power bricks during presentations.
🎙️ USB AV Bridging: Seamlessly routing in-room audio feeds (microphones and ceiling speakers) and high-definition Q-SYS PTZ camera video directly to the presenter’s laptop for soft-codec conferencing on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet—without requiring additional drivers or USB extenders.
- 📺 High-Resolution Video Presentation: Enabling zero-latency 4K60 4:4:4 video encoding and decoding across the building’s network using the adaptive Q-SYS Shift™ codec.

Operational Impact
True Plug-and-Play (BYOD): Instructors plug in one USB-C cable to simultaneously charge their laptop, present 4K video, and connect to room microphones and cameras.
Standardized 14-Floor Infrastructure: Running audio, video, and control over a unified IT network infrastructure drastically reduces cabling complexity, maintenance overhead, and points of failure.
Future-Proof Scalability: Software-configurable operating modes and software feature licenses allow ACB to adapt room functionalities as training requirements evolve.
